Mr. Ingole, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner without prejudice to his rights is ready and willing to deposit 50% of the penalty amount. 3.

It is submitted that, subject to such deposit the vehicle in question be released as the livelihood of the present Petitioner is dependent upon the vehicle in question. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Tahsildar Warud, District Amravati shall release the vehicle in question, subject to deposit of Rs.1,90,000/-
