By preferring this petition, the petitioners have challenged the impugned order dated 28th March, 2024 below Exhibit 5 in Misc. Civil Application No. 53 of 2024 passed by the learned Special Court for Senior Citizen, Nagpur, District Judge-11 and ASJ, Nagpur and thereby restraining from erecting construction on East side of the suit property till further order. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit property is already in possession of the petitioners and the construction work is already completed and only plastering work is remained to be completed. As the rainy season coming soon, this SKNair
