This Petition takes exception to the interim order dated 28.03.2024 passed by learned District Judge-11, Nagpur in Misc. Civil Appeal No.53/2024.

I am told that next date in the matter before the Appellate Court is tomorrow i.e. 05.07.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate to direct the learned District Judge-11, Nagpur to decide Misc. Civil Appeal No.53/2024 expeditiously. The learned District Judge-11, Nagpur shall endeavour to decide the Misc. Civil Appeal No.53/2024 within a period of three weeks.

Needless to mention that parties shall not seek adjournment.
