In view of this fact, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the said proceeding. She further submits that all issues be kept open for agitation before the said Court.

Permission is granted.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
