Mr. Mr. A. J. Pathak, learned counsel for petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the petition, the Presiding Officer at the CGIT and EPF Appellate Tribunal at Nagpur was not appointed. However, now, the Presiding Officer is available and, therefore, he urges that the petition can be disposed of while continuing the interim order granted earlier for a period of eight weeks.
