Heard Mr. M.S. Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. A. R. Prasad, learned counsel for respondent. 2.

Mr. M.S. Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the petition, the Presiding Officer at the CGIT and EPF Appellate Tribunal at Nagpur was not appointed. Now, he submits that the Presiding Officer is available and, therefore, he urged that the petition can be disposed of by continuing interim order granted earlier for a period of eight weeks.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of. Interim order granted earlier to continue for a period of eight weeks. The amount, which was deposited in this court be transmitted to the CGIT and EPF Appellate Tribunal at Nagpur. (Siddheshwar S. Thombre, J) Shubham
