By this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 - Management and School to send the proposal of the petitioner as permanent teacher to respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati and No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Amravati and by way of interim relief, he is seeking directions against the Management to keep one post vacant for the subject of Commerce, if the recruitment process is start.
