JANUARY 13, JANUARY 13, (1) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition was filed when the Central Government Industrial Tribunal and Employees Provident Funds Appellate Tribunal, Nagpur were not functioning. Now, the same has started functioning. Therefore, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition as he has already filed Appeal before the Tribunal. He further requests for continuation of interim relief, granted by this Court, till the decision of the Stay Application before the Tribunal.
(2) Accordingly, the Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim relief granted by this Court on 28/05/2024 shall be continued till the decision of the Stay Application in the Appeal before the learned Tribunal, if any.
