Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By this petition, the petitioners' have challenged the Order dated 07.10.2024 passed by the Appellate Court in Misc. Civil Appeal No.26/2024 and Order dated 09.05.2024 passed by the Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No.33/2024. The Trial Court has passed Order dated 09.05.2024 thereby, rejecting the application for temporary injunction which is subjected to challenge by way of appeal, which was decided on 07.10.2024. 3.

It is pointed out that the suit itself is at the stage of evidence and considering the controversy involved, it will be in the interest of parties that the suit is decided on merits. 4.

In view of this, instead of prosecuting the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the proceedings of the civil suit may be directed to be expeditiously decided. 5.

This request seems to be fair and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the civil suit expeditiously. It is clarified that this Court has not dealt with any of the contentions raised in the petition on merits.
