Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, the issue regarding grant of interest on delayed payment of pensionary benefits of the petitioner is not decided by respondent authorities. He further submits that he has made detailed representation dated 27.9.2023 to the respondent authority. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.9.2023, in accordance with law, within eight weeks from receipt of copy of this order. Petition is disposed of.
