DATED : 19th JUNE, 2024 It appears that against the order impugned the petitioners have filed the revision before the respondent No.1 and the same is still pending. In that view of the matter following order is passed.

(i).

The respondent No.1 shall decide the revision filed by the petitioner on 16.04.2024, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

(ii).

The interim order passed by this Court dated 04.06.2024 shall remain in force till the decision of the revision by the respondent No.1.

The petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
