In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 15.2.2024, issued by the State Government by which letter of intent in favour of respondent No.3 was issued to start women's senior college by ignoring the proposal of the petitioner.

When the matter was called out, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition letter of intent has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 3.2.2025. He has produced copy of the aforesaid order before us, which is taken on record. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
