DATE : 20TH JANUARY, 2025 Since the respondent No.3 has already withdrawn its application for the location of village Dhad and the rejection of the application of the petitioner is only on the ground that the respondent No.3 was granted LOI for opening an institution at Dhad, in our considered opinion, the reason for rejection of the claim of the petitioner, does not survive at all on account of which it is permissible for the respondent-Authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner for the grant of LOI for the location of village Dhad. This clearly indicates is a sorry state of affairs regarding the working of the respondents who clearly appear to be insensitive to their own obligations.
