DATED : 14th JUNE, 2024 The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that they be permitted to withdraw the order impugned dated 24.01.2024 with liberty to pass fresh order. The respondent No.2 - Sub-Divisional Officer is permitted to withdraw the order impugned.

The respondent No.2 shall pass fresh order in accordance with law within two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime the vehicle in question be released and the petitioner is ready to file appropriate undertaking to that effect. The petitioner is permitted to file such undertaking before the respondent No.2 / Tahsildar. If such
