CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.2321 OF 2024:

The petitioner moved this application to permit her to amend the petition contending that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner was held disqualified to hold the post of Sarpanch. Therefore, she wants to bring those facts on record.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has not objected to the relief claimed in the application. 3.

In view of the no objection and for the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to allow the application, as prayed.

The civil application is allowed as prayed.

The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side thereafter.
