DATED : 3rd APRIL, 2025 It is not disputed, that the decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee dated 31.10.2023, invalidating the claim of the petitioner belonging to Dhiwar NT-B category, which was questioned in Writ Petition No. 842/2024, has been withdrawn on 08.2.2024, without being granted any liberty to reagitate the claim. The prayer clause (a) in the present petition also raises a challenge to the same decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee dated 31.10.2023. That being the position, the petition is not maintainable. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
