Mr. Haq, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, restricts his prayer to consideration of the representation of the Petitioner dated 11.03.2024 within stipulated time after hearing the Petitioner for the purpose of extension of the period to complete the factory building. He submits, that there are cogent reasons for the delay which has occurred, one of them being Covid-19.

Mr. Agnihotri, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2, submits that a Policy has been granted in this regard, which is held by the Circular dated 13.08.2024 and the

2 53.WP.3517-2024.odt representation of the Petitioner dated 11.03.2024, shall be decided in terms of the said Policy within a period of four weeks from today.

The Petition is accordingly disposed off in the above terms. No costs.
