Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representations made by the petitioner on 23.06.2022 and 14.03.2023, regarding defreezing of bank accounts of the petitioner in the respondent No.3-Bank, are still not decided.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the aforesaid representations as mentioned in the prayer clause (a) within six weeks from the date of production of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the nd.thawre
