DATE : 01-04-2025 The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits, that though the petitioner has retired from employment of the respondent No.2 on 31-3-2018, however, in the departmental enquiry initiated against the petitioner in the year 2011, no enquiry officer, was ever appointed, to the knowledge of the petitioner, on account of which, the entire proceedings stands vitiated.
