After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings to protect the petitioner's rights based on the agreement dated 16.03.2026, which was executed by the petitioner with S.B. Housing Agency, who is arrayed as defendant No.1 in Spl.C.S. No.145 of 2017.

The petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty as prayed for.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
