DATED : 27-03-2025 The only dispute is that the petitioner who claims to be the owner of the land of Gut No. 158/1 on basis of the saledeed dtd 11.8.2015 executed in his favour by the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and who has applied for grant of employment with the WCL under the R&R policy on account of the entire land having been acquired, is not being considered for such the employment on account of RCS 17/2021 filed by the respondents 3 and 4 against the respondent No. 5 and the petitioners, which is as of now pending. According to Mr. Dhawas, there was no interim stay in the said suit, as on the date of filing of the petition and he is not abreast of the subsequent developments. Mr. R.
