D ATE : JUNE 18 , 202 In Writ Petition No. 196 of 2018, Rajendra, uncle of the petitioner was granted validity certificate of belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe and the same was issued to him on July 21, 2020. Inspite of the same, the claim of the petitioner for grant of validity certificate of belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe is rejected.
