2) The services of the petitioner were sought to be transferred from unaided to aided school in exercise of powers under Rule 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules 1981. An approval to such transfer was granted by the respondent No.3 Education Officer, however, the respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur has rejected the said proposal. 3) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18/07/2024.
