After hearing learned Counsel for both sides for sometime, on instructions, they make statement that in the interest of the parties Regular Civil Suit No.1303/2018 and Regular Civil Suit No. 1282/2022 be heard by same Court. 2.

In view of the above statement, Petition is disposed of in following terms :

(i) Both the suits i.e. Regular Civil Suit No. 1303/2018 and Regular Civil Suit No. 1282/2022 be heard by one Court. The Principal District Judge, Nagpur is requested to pass appropriate order for relegating these matters before the same Court.
