At her request, list the matter on 27.06.2024. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submits that in the provisional voters list published on 05.06.2024 the names of Respondent Nos. 3 to 13 were not there. However, their names came to be included in the final voters list. It is submitted that, thus, objection was filed, however, the Respondent No.2 has rejected it on erroneous ground. 5.

I have perused the provisional voters list and final voters list. There appears to be substance in the submission of

In that view of the matter, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii) till the next date.
