Mr. Badhe, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner has already filed her affidavit of examination-in-chief. It is submitted that, the Petitioner be granted opportunity to lead her evidence. The learned Counsel submits that, tomorrow itself the Petitioner will appear before the Trial Court and will cooperate the Trial Court to decide the matter.

In view of the above statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the orders impugned dated 23.04.2024 and 28.05.2024, are hereby quashed and set aside. The Petitioner is permitted to lead her evidence. 4.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
