The petitioner is challenging the order dated 12.04.2024 below Exh.28 in Special Civil Suit No.35/2018 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha, rejecting the application for amendment of plaint.

The petitioner contended that the he has already sold the suit property and the learned trial Court has framed the issues and he had even filed an affidavit evidence on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. In view thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. (S IDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE J.
