The present writ petition challenges the work order dated 05.02.2024 issued by the respondent-Municipal Council, Daryapur. The matter was listed before this Court on 17.03.2026, however, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner when it was called out. Hence, in order to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was listed today for dismissal.

Even today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner.

Perusal of the tender documents reveals that the work order dated 05.02.2024 was for a period of 365 days. The said period has already expired on 05.02.2025. Thus, the challenge to the work order dated 05.02.2024 has lost its efficacy by efflux of time.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
