The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered the order dated 09.05.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.597/2024.

In the identical circumstances, this Court by the abovesaid order directed release of the vehicle on deposit of penalty amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit amount of penalty of Rs.20,600/- with the office of Tahsildar, Pauni. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to deposit amount of

2 5-3729-24.odt Rs.20,600/- with the office of Tahsildar, Pauni. On deposit of such amount, the Tahsildar, Pauni shall release the vehicle in question.

List the petition on 22nd July, 2024.
