DATED : 27th JUNE, 2024 This petition takes exception to the order dated 25.04.2024 passed below Exh.21 in Spl. Civil Suit No.11/2024. The petitioner has filed the suit for specific performance of agreement of sale dated 15.09.2019. By the order impugned, learned trial Court directed the petitioner to produce on record the said agreement of sale. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
