It is the claim of Shri Gaikwad, learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners are entitled for the benefits under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 based on the enhancement granted in reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act on 04.09.2008, the same are not processed till this date.
