The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22/02/2024 passed by the respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer, Akola thereby rejecting to issue caste certificate and order dated 03/05/2024 passed by respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee rejecting to issue tribe certificate to the petitioner as that of belonging to 'Koli Mahadeo' Scheduled Tribe.
