The land to the extent of 0.30 Hectare out of Survey No.273 of Mouza Wadhona, Taluka Arvi, District Wardha, owned by the petitioner, which was consolidated with the land Survey Nos.252 and 253 has been acquired by the respondents for construction of road.

It is the contention of the petitioner that without passing any Award for acquisition, the land of the petitioner is acquired and the representation made by the petitioner for getting compensation is not redressed by the respondents till this date.

Issue notice before admission to the respondents, returnable on 16-8-2024.
