According to Mr. Tahaliyani, the petitioner has planned to travel abroad considering his professional commitment and unless there are specific directions by this Court, the respondents will not desist from look out Circular.

In response to the above, Mr. Deshpande, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India seeks time of a week to file reply.
