DATED : 16th JULY, 2024 At the outset, Mr. Bhise, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, seeks leave to delete the Respondent No.3 from the array of the parties.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 12.08.2024.

Mr. Ashirgade, learned Addl.GP waives notice for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2/State.

Mr. Bhise, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the Petitioners without prejudice to their rights are ready and willing to deposit 50% of the penalty amount.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the concerned Tahsildar shall release the vehicles in question, subject to the deposit of Rs.60,000/- (Rs.
