The petitioner is challenging the order dated 15.05.2024 passed by the Tahsildar in Case No.MNL-37Akolkhed/80/2024-25 and order dated 07.06.2024 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer in Case No.MNL-37/Akolkhed/42/2023-2024.

Learned counsel for the State submits that against these orders, the petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy to file an appeal. 4.

In view thereof, the petition stand disposed of. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal within a period of four weeks from today. The time spent in prosecuting the present petition shall be taken into consideration by the Appellate Authority while considering the application for condonation of delay. 6.

Interim order to continue, for a period of four weeks.
