Mr. Parchure, learned counsel for the respondents, does not dispute that the issues in these petitions is covered by the judgment of the learned Division Bench in the case of Hexaware Technologies Ltd. v. Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax and others (Writ Petition No.1778/2023, decided on 03.05.2024). 2.

In view of which, both these petitions are disposed of in terms of what has been held in the Hexaware Technologies Ltd.
