The Petitioner herein has filed appeal before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Amravati Division Amravati, against the order of District Superintendent of Land Records Amravati.

By the order impugned, the learned Deputy Director has rejected the application filed by the Petitioner seeking deletion of Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 herein from array of the parties.

It is not in dispute that, Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 herein were parties to the proceedings before the District Superintendent of Land Records. No interference is thus

The Petition is dismissed. No costs.
