The intervenors/applicants moved this application to implead them as parties to the petition, as the said notices affected them. If the Court passes any order, it will affect their rights. Therefore, though the learned Advocate for the petitioner strongly objected to the application, we are of the view that the applicants/intervenors are the necessary parties to determine the real controversy between them. 2.

Hence, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. The civil application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to add the applicants as respondents and supply them with a copy of the amended petition within one week. WRIT PETITION NO.3908/2024 List the petition after two weeks.
