The petitioner has challenged the order dated 09/01/2024 passed by the respondent-Scrutiny Committee invalidating the casteclaim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mana' Schedule Tribe. 3.

It is the contention of Shri Ananta Ramteke, learned counsel for the petitioner that 'Mana' entry of pre-independence era would have more probative value.
