DATED : 12-07-2024 As against the development plan notified on 15-10-2011 reserving the land of the petitioner for Garden vide Reservation No.25, the petitioner has issued a purchase notice on 13-1-2022 and inspite of that no action was taken by the respondents. As such, it is claimed that the reservation has lapsed.
