The petitioner is unsuited as his technical bid is rejected on the ground that the petitioner is unable to provide justification for the discrepancies in the experience certificate.

We have perused the experience certificate submitted by the petitioner.

Experience certificate is duly confirmed by the Executive Engineer, Nagpur Municipal Corporation and the petitioner prima facie, in our opinion, satisfies the very need of experience qua the work of CR Masonry. In this background, Mr. D.V. Chauhan, learned Government Pleader, on instructions from the Executive Engineer, Division No.3, Nagpur, makes a statement that the tender shall not be finalized and no steps shall be taken to prejudice the interest of the petitioner qua the tender.
