Learned Counsel for the petitioner is requested to keep the matter on 30.06.2025 as the learned Counsel Shri Abhinav Chandrachud, who is appearing in the matter, is currently on his legs before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court. 3.

As per convenience of learned Counsel, the matter be placed on 30.06.2025, at 2.30 p.m..

It is made clear that, if the matter is not worked out on that day, the interim relief granted shall stand vacated. In addition to that, as work order is issued, he shall be required to compensated for loss or damages, if any, caused to the respondent.
