Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the decree, the petitioner had already paid an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire decreetal amount within a period of six months and is ready to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- within a period of three weeks from today. 3.
