The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to join at the transferred place within eight days, however, the contesting respondent may be asked to consider his representation annexed to this petition at Page No.115.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the contesting respondent shall consider and pass appropriate order on the representation filed by the petitioner within one month from the date of his joining at the transferred place. 3.
