That would indicate, that it is now for the respondent No. 4 to ensure payment to the petitioner as it is not disputing, that the extra work was done by the petitioner at the behest of the respondent No. 4. Since Mr. Khunte, learned Counsel for respondent No. 4 is absent and adjournment is being sought, list on 17.4.2025.
