The learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that, the parties have amicably settled the dispute in terms of Compromise Pursis dated 26.07.2024. They submit that, the Compromise Pursis, Possession Letter and Affidavit be taken on record and the Petition be disposed of in terms of Compromise Pursis. The Compromise Pursis, Possession Letter and Affidavit are taken on record and collectively marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

The Compromise Pursis is signed by the Petitioner Durgesh Nanakram Makhijani and Respondent No.1 Jivanlal Ramlal Pali for self and as Power of Attorney holder of Respondent Nos.2 to 5. The Compromise Pursis is also signed by the learned Counsel for the parties.

The parties are present before this Court. They have reiterated that, they have settled their dispute in terms of Compromise Pursis. The statement made in the Compromise Pursis is accepted as undertaking to this Court. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of Compromise Pursis.
