Heard Mr. Atkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The present petitioner has alternatively prayed for direction to respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, to decide the appeal dated 21-09-2023 filed by the petitioner. The aforesaid appeal is on record at page no.68 at Annexure-'J'. 3.

In view of the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal dated 21-09-2023 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court, if the aforesaid appeal is not already decided. 4.

The decision taken thereupon, shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision. 5.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
