The petitioner herein has filed the aforesaid complaint against the transfer order. By the order impugned, the learned Industrial Court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner for interim relief.

It transpired during the course of hearing of the present petition that subsequent to the transfer order, the respondent-Bank has terminated the services of the petitioner and he has already challenged the said order of termination. In that view of the matter, nothing
