Heard Mr. Khan, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to respondent nos.1 and 2 to grant benefits of the Third Higher Grade w.e.f. 01-04-2008 to the petitioner and all consequential benefits. However, Mr. Khan, learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the representation dated 27-03-2023 is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent no.3-Chief Engineer, EHV Project-cum-O & M Zone, MSETCL, Mankapur Power House, Mankapur, Nagpur, for the aforesaid relief. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the aforesaid representation has been recommended by the respondent no.1 on 20-01-2022 inspite of the same, the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondent no.3. 3.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the aforesaid representation dated 27-03-2023 submitted by the

2 wp 4062.24.odt petitioner within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon, shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
